Checking the Progress of a Work Request

You can easily check the progress of work requests that you have entered into the system.

 

1. Click the Search tab () and select Request.
2. Enter the details of the request in the search fields and click Search Now. To search for your own requests, enter your name in the Requestor field before clicking Search Now.
3. In the search results, you can quickly see the Status of the request.
4. To view more details about the request, click on the number to the left of the Status to open the work order details screen.
